Books Jobs Automatically

Move from inbound call to scheduled job faster with AI-driven intake and booking flows.

Most HVAC jobs are lost not because you can't do the work, but because the booking process is slow. A caller gets voicemail, waits for a callback, plays phone tag, and ends up booking with whoever called them back first. Aria eliminates that gap entirely. The moment someone calls, Aria qualifies the lead, collects the job details, checks your availability, and locks in a time slot, all before you've even looked at your phone.

What you get

Collects required job details before presenting scheduling options.
Reduces back-and-forth calls needed to confirm appointment windows.
Keeps booking process consistent across all inbound call volume.
Improves speed from first contact to confirmed job.

How it works

01

Aria qualifies the call

Aria asks the right questions upfront, such as what's the issue, what type of system, what's the address, and how urgent is it, so no time is wasted on unqualified calls.

02

Aria presents available windows

Based on your configured availability, Aria offers the caller time slots that work for your schedule and confirms a specific appointment.

03

The job lands in your calendar

Once booked, you receive an email summary with all the job details. The customer gets an SMS confirmation. You just show up and do the work.

Common questions

Can I control what time slots Aria offers?

Yes. During onboarding we configure your availability windows, service area, and any blackout dates or blocked time slots. Aria only offers openings that match that schedule.

What information does Aria collect before booking?

Aria gathers the caller's name, address, phone number, issue description, system type if known, urgency, and preferred appointment window before locking in the job.

What happens after a job is booked?

You get an email summary with all the details. The customer receives an SMS confirmation with the date, time, and your business name. No callbacks needed on either side.
