5. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for your business operations, call routing configuration, disclosures to callers, and legal compliance in your jurisdiction, including consent requirements for call recording or SMS communications where applicable.

6. Fees and Billing

Paid services are billed according to your selected plan and any signed order details. Unless otherwise stated in writing, fees are non-refundable.

7. Intellectual Property

We retain all rights in the Chairly AI website, brand, software, documentation, and related materials. You receive only the limited right to use the services under these Terms.

8. Third-Party Services

Our services may integrate with third-party tools (for example, scheduling, telecom, hosting, and analytics providers). We are not responsible for third-party products or policies.

9. Disclaimers

Services are provided as is and as available without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chairly AI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the services.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Chairly AI from claims, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the services, violation of law, or breach of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or where necessary to protect the services, users, or legal compliance.
