SMS Confirmations
Keep customers informed after booking with automatic text confirmations and clearer communication.
After a customer books an appointment over the phone, doubt sets in fast. Did they get the right date? Did the company actually write it down? Will someone actually show up? That uncertainty drives no-shows, repeat callbacks, and lost trust. Aria sends an automatic SMS confirmation the moment a booking is complete, giving the customer everything they need in writing and giving you a cleaner, more professional first impression.
What you get
How it works
Aria confirms the booking
Once an appointment is locked in during the call, Aria immediately prepares a confirmation message with the job date, time window, and your business name.
The customer gets a text
The SMS is sent to the caller's number within seconds of the call ending. No delay, no manual step on your end.
Fewer no-shows, fewer callbacks
With the details in writing, customers show up and stop calling to confirm. Your team spends less time on admin and more time on the job.
Common questions
What information is included in the confirmation text?
The message includes the customer's name, appointment date and time window, your business name, and a contact number. The format is set during onboarding and can be customized.
Do customers need to opt in to receive texts?
For service confirmations, Aria sends the appointment text to the number confirmed during the call. Promotional or recurring SMS campaigns should use their own separate consent workflow.
Can I also receive a copy of the confirmation?
Yes. Every booking triggers both an SMS to the customer and an email summary to you with the full call details and appointment information.
